This is the last episode of 120 Minutes to ever air on MTV. The "LOUD Rocks" theme of the show promotes a CD that was released on September 5, 2000.

Peter's updated comments, late 2009: "I actually did tape MTV every week, Sunday nights through 2000. There were a couple of MTV2 specials that MTV played in the 120 Minutes time slot. Those two specials were: "The M2 Dysfunctional Family Picnic Special" (2000), and "The M2 WHFS Festival" (2000). Both specials featured blocks of videos and interviews by Booker from the various alternative rock bands who performed at the summer festivals. So aside from those two MTV2 specials, all garbage between those shows."

Peter's comments: "Here is the FIRST "Ghost Town" Episode from June of 2000 on MTV ("Ghost Town" refers to a show broadcast with NO FOOTAGE of an MTV VJ). The show was getting really good here (Sans a few bad ones in the bunch)... It is a shame that MTV killed it."
